what's the show we're watching on wednesdays? the one with the crazy awesome opening? i'm extremely bored and downloading stuff from limewire... and i'm changing my character, Airies (who i will upload on deviantart tomorrow) will be my charrie. he's, in my opinion, easier to draw...

*frets* i'm going to use Aires... but in both pictures , he lookes like a girl.... @.@ anyone got any tips on how to make female-looking male characters look more manly? XD that's a tounge twister!

Hmmmm..... I usually make the eyes narrower, the nose more prominent, the mouth wider, and the face longer. With bodies, I make the shoulders broader and the build more box-y... Ah, and the neck is usually thicker than you think it should be(I figured this out recently). These work for me, at least. >_< Hope it helps...

When we have enough people submit. If we don't have enough people submit by December 1st, imma call the thing off, so try to get as many people as possible to enter. Seriously, we need people. I wanted to get this started too.

Would one more be enough? Cuz that would make 8 people

*sweatdrop* I totally forgot about this contest.... but the only reason i joined was for the money if i won XD (i know, i love money...and power...) and now i have money XD around $200, actually XD

I hope you dont take it offensively if i actually DO drop out.... I've just been busy lately, what with an F in geography and B in math/language arts. So i have no time to do anything but study for tests and stuff...

Example of OC battle

Two Artist make characters:
Karl by UnknownPerson
Rellik by exileddelusion

These characters have their own story for a similar goal and need to expel other challengers to obtain their wish.

Unknown Person's entry shows his OC (Karl) fighting his opponent chosen by the judges.
- the artist uses flash to animate his fights.

Here is exileddelusion's entry's
- he uses comic format like most of the other artists

So... when we draw the other person, we use the actions, etc... that they chose and then meld it into our own comic? Or did they make up a few actions, etc... that the other character didn't perform?

im guessing we make up their attacks using our imagination. But of course, we have to make our character win the fight.

But it'd be strange to control the other character(s) since it'll feel like Godmoding.

Well...That's what I'm thinking...but just make it fair at least...That way your character doesn't seem all too powerful.

Exactly right.

That's why OC sheets are important, you need to keep your opponent's character "In Character".
Research would be great with putting in your OC's bio or w/e

As for fighting matches, think up of a believable fight between the two, in both examples of the entry, you didn't see a super landslide victory. Make it creative and believable and stick to the characters.

But still, make it as entertaining as possible.

And, just because you win doesn't make it Godmodding, the judges will be the ones who decide who wins anyway, lol. Just have fun with this.

BIO = What the character's personality is like, and make some background info.
Not to giant, im sure most of the OC sheets have them or should
